Summer time. SW wind 5-10. Balmy 40-45 degrees, lots of contrails, high thin clouds in general

Snowpack

Recent storm snow, slab is decaying near and below treeline. Still supportable but not as well as last week. See snowpit in fotos.

Avalanche

One on N aspect below Mohawk Lake, NTL, Ran during January 5-6 storm cycle. SSNR2D2 150X150’ 2-3’ Crown. 2nd was from same time frame, but adding onto the crown length (from the slide I reported 1/722 ob), on SE ridge of Peak 10. Add another 300 or so + feet to the 1/2 mile crown. We call the southern end of this crown Bristlecone Face. Easily visible from Francies Cabin. Runs just about every year.
