Weather

Lighter wind from the NW than previous two days. SCT cloud cover. Temperature rose from 40F at 11 am to 50F by noon.

Snowpack

As noted in previous obs, the surface crust (15cms) is capping a moist-wet and weak snowpack especially in shallower areas. See profile for more info. Cornices are starting to sag

A few small (R1D1) LWa noted in West Roaring Fork from yesterday afternoon--did not reach the road
