Weather

Sunny and warm below treeline with a wind out of the SW above treeline. Thin layers of clouds would pass over the sun on occasion and cool things down.

Snowpack

Soft and slushy below treeline on all aspects. Above treeline. All but NE aspects were crusty and NE aspects had a decent wind slab.

Avalanche

New cornice growth above treeline on NE aspect was triggered from above about 10 ft back, which then fell into a NE face and triggered a decently sized wind slab.
