A solid overnight freeze made for quick travel up to Bow Hut. The snow/ice bridges in the canyon were still holding (although a few are getting slim). No obvious loose wet debris from yesterday below the Vulture/St. Nicholas wall. Conditions were refrozen on the glacier access ramp, becoming ~5cm dry powder on the glacier. Consistently probed >2m snow depth on the Mount Gordon approach. Several other parties were heading in the same direction. The north descent provided excellent skiing. Snow was becoming mashed potatoes at Bow Hut by ~1pm, however the previously skied tracks remained supportive down to, and through, the canyon. Return travel across Bow lake was not an issue with ~1-2cm ski penetration at 2pm.
