Morning run down skiers left avi path. River still easily passable on ice shelves. Scuff of snow Friday night. Good travel on old trail to open trees then supportive crust. A bit of wind loading and punchy snow on immediate lee of wind lip dropping into path from the ridge. Powder for first 200m vertical then hard old and cooked debris base to bottom.
