Increasing cloudiness after noon led to steady snowfall by 1600.

Snowpack

Snowpack is very solid. Ski penetration about 10cm. No obvious signs of instability. Plenty of recent avalanche activity, but hard to put a date/time to it.

Avalanche

Dug a pit adjacent to the Gracies Slide of 2/9. Confirmed that the sliding surface was the ground.
