Weather

Weather: Cold, light orographic snow fall. Light westerly winds. Enough to move new snow at ridge tops.

Snowpack

Snowpack: 2-4" of new snow, deeper at higher elevations. Melt freeze crust very apparent in open areas. Somewhat supportive, but a little punchy on lower angle terrain <25. Very cold surface snow resulted in slow skiing. Avi activity: some "thicker" wind affected areas otherwise no signs of instabilities.
