Bluebird, no clouds, light winds, moderate temperatures ~25-30 degrees @ 13,000 feet.

Snowpack

Many very hard wind slabs on various aspects above 11,000ft. Buried layers of very coarse hoar. Some hollow-sounding slabs. Some large cornices on ridges and gulleys of various aspects. Snow light and variable above 14,000ft and on N-NE facing slopes of Mt. Lincoln.

Avalanche

1: Traver Peak into "Traver Gulch." Approx. 13,000ft -> 12,750ft. SSE aspect. 2: Mt. Democrat into Platte Gulch. Approx. 13,800ft -> 12,200ft. ENE aspect.
