Overcast and windy up high. HS varied with wind drifting.

Snowpack

See snowpit profile. On north aspect near treeline: Two prominent layers in top 30 cm of snowpack, one buried SH 20 cm down, another layer of near-surface facets about 30 cm down with wind-packed snow on the surface. No results in snowpit tests (ECTX, CTN). Soft layer of facets at base of snowpack. Mid-Feb rime crust still present at about 83 cm and not reactive in tests. HS was as deep as 250 cm, pit dug in shallow spot at 162 cm.
