Snowpack

Toured up paradise divide today in the AM. Observed several natural slides on E and SE aspects of gothic. One notable slide was sizable (R2D2.5-3), starting on the far N ridgeline of gothic from what appeared to be a storm snow wind slab, then stepping down to the ground and running to the valley bottom about 300 meters from the road. All other slides were smaller and appeared to be only involving storm snow. No cracking or collapsing observed in valley bottom.
