Rocher de Boule

On Tuesday we checked out an old access road to the Rocher De Boule Range. It was challenging in the past and has deteriorated more over time and is not recommended. It was cold in the morning leaving the truck -19 but gradually warmed up to -9 for our return. We got some good views of the area and observed a few old dry loose avalanches to size 1.5 and one old size 2 slab avalanche near ridgetop on a cross loaded feature. There was no wind during the day and approximately 15cm of snow over the Feb 10 rain crust at 1200m.
