On our way up to the Dome we observed shooting cracks and triggered a few sz 1 windslabs up to 10cms thick on small features (above 2000m). Winds were moderate gusting to strong from the SE and we opted to stay off the larger moraine features with wind affect. We were able to find some nice turns below the wind affected snow and above the rain crust.
