Good skiing conditions on Black Prince today. Skies were overcast with steady snow throughout the morning. -9 @ 8:00am, and rose to -2 by noon. Made for quick and enjoyable travel. Snowpack was stable in the area we skied. ~30cm of fresh sitting on top of bulletproof hard pack. CT resulted in a failure on shoulder hit 13 at the layer between the new snow and old hardpack. Some southerly aspects had a noticeable Sun crust on them. Witnessed very little wind effect in the area.
