Ten Mile Couloirs

Cimbed a short way into a couloir, was very hard and icy with a few cms of light snow on top. Boots and crampons barely penetrated the crust. Decided to climb back out of the couloir due to icy conditions. One of us slipped and slid for about 10ft on the icy crust on our way down, so we made the right call in not hiking further up.
