2" crust on top, well compacted snow base starting at 6" down. Amongst the trees was better riding quality but with some chunks of frozen snow that had fallen from the trees. Skied below limit of tree line due to increasing wind compacted conditions above. Solar crust on SW facing features. Evidence of size 2 slide in gully furthest east on Fraser chutes face, age unknown.
