Nothing unexpected to report. Sunscreen weather, warmng from -19 parking lot to what felt like +30 in no time. Pleasurable snow quality today but afraid it will be very touchy by noon tomorrow with increasing solar. Was 15-35 ski pen in the am, but now likely much less. No whumpfs or shooting cracks, several hand shears producing moderate results usually failing on facets down 40-60, slab density and cohesion above varied by solar and wind as expected. Ski cuts and test runs produced no results and no poor snow felt for what its worth.... but Southerly aspects and wind affected terrain felt highly suspect.
