We found a variety of wind effected snow, including thin fresh wind slabs in ridge and cross loaded features, as well as more widespread stiff older windslabs. Ski pen ranged from 20cms in the trees to 0 in the alpine. In unwind effected areas the upper snow pack was settling into an ureactive soft slab.
