Clear Sunny skies with temps ranging from 34-40 degrees Fahrenheit. Negligible wind. No precipitation.
Snowpack
Warming snowpack consistent with warning signs of wet slab avalanche danger. Noticed large rollerballs coming off steep (39-45 Degrees) E and SE facing slopes, minor sinking into snow not quite ankle deep, snow got shinier as temps rose throughout the day. The top of bowl was lined with large cornices ranging from 30-50 feet in height.
Avalanche
Berthoud Pass, near Current Creek bowl terrain. Noticed multiple different debris fields on E and SE facing slopes. Size estimates ranging from D1-D2.5. *Note I did not witness the slides only the debris fields from recent slides*
