Avalanche

Small soft slab release on a wind loaded slope just above treeline at Jones Pass. R2, D0.5, 30 ft wide crown approximately 10-13cm deep, roughly 40ft to stauchwall and ran for less than 100 feet from crown. Snow pit tests revealed ECTP1 with a very clean shear on a nearby and representative slope roughly 6cm from the snow surface. Aspect: E Elevation: Above treeline
