Snowpack

Snow in open areas was very wind affected with depths varying from 1-2 inches to 2-3 feet. Deeper areas had a thin wind crust of about 2-5cm with some whoomping as the snow was easily compressed. The frozen ground could be felt under thin areas with no cohesion to the snow above which could be brushed away. Aspect: E Elevation: Near treeline
