Snowpack
The south side of the pass was bare. The north side was holding between 6 & 18" of snow, and coverage was as widespread as it has been all season. Many rollerballs and small loose snow slides came down during the warm days this past week, but none made it across the white line. Enough snow remains on the tall steep roadcuts on the North side to produce wet loose slides that could block traffic during the forecast warm up this weekend.
