Weather
Sunny from the start. Temps in the mid teens at the car but sun was warming things very quickly. South slopes were getting moist and heavy on the way back to the car. New sun crust was well on it's way to being formed.
Snowpack
Toured down a south facing slope with some noticeable crust about 25cms down. Tour up north facing slope with no signs of instability. Skied 35-40 degree convex roll overs on the N facing slope with no activity other than some small sluffs. Small rock drops in others ski lines did not show anything other than sluffs as well. South facing slopes were getting sticky and moist with clumps building on pole baskets during the exit. New sun crust was noticeable to a gloved hand in the snow on those aspects
