Weather

Overcast most of the day with light snow. 2.5” accumulation during the day on top of the 3" that fell overnight (.15" 24Hr water). Temps rose from single digits to high teens at 10,500 ft and were steady at 12,000 ft. Ridgetop winds were light from the NW with gusts to 30 mph.

Snowpack

Skier triggered several very shallow soft slabs (4-6" deep) failing on Feb 7 interface below windloaded ridgelines and rollovers on West and SE aspects near and above treeline.
