Weather

Wx: Overcast skies all day, no precipitation. We had a little wind at the top of the ridge, but not consistent - max 20mph. Once the skin track broke the trees onto the ridge, it was super slick. Sun crust on the southerly aspect was about an inch thick.

Snowpack

Avy Activity: No collapses, cracks or other activity today. We looked at two potential slopes, decided against one based on risk from an adjacent slope that frequently goes naturally, but has not run since this last storm cycle. From the ridge, we had decent visibility up into OBJ, didn't see any activity in any of the basins off of Scarp's Ridge. As yesterday's one observation suggested, we did plant ourselves close enough to hug a few trees if needed (luckily none were)!
