Bluebird. Practically no wind. Temps were warming by 10:30AM.
Snowpack
Slid on new snow / old snow interface. Very slight step-downs to just below last storm 2 weeks ago.
Avalanche
Sympathetically released. 40 - 50 yds uphill on bench with 2 rolls just as first skier started to come up the 2nd roll. 200 - 300 foot propagation. 2.5 - 3 feet deep. Ran upwards of 1000+ vertical to river bottom below.
