Avalanche

-A wind slab avalanche occurred on the south aspect of Ptarmigan Hill near Vail Pass. The crown was 2ft to 8ft thick, about 600 ft across and ran about 300 vertical ft. It appeared to be natural. Elevation was 11,800ft. R2 D2.
