Dug a pit at the top of Hospital Chutes, mid-way between hospital knob and Bruins ridge on a south facing, tree line feature. We got four separate failures within the top 120cm: 1st wrist tap released 10cm down in loose storm snow. 7th elbow tap released 20cm down. 7th shoulder tap released at 95cm down, planar shear. 10th shoulder tap released at 120cm. Despite these results we had only sloughs on the most recent storm snow on steep gully and/or unsupported features below TL.
