Snowpack
(below TL) - density inversion (fri night) caused easy breaking of snow during ski track tests though no significant propagation. HN very soft but cohesive enough for SS, more open glades and higher altitudes est. firmer storm/wind slabs with greater prop-potential. some minor shooting cracks ran on lower density snow 1-2" above old snow/new snow interface. ---> from last weeks obs in same area, noted widespread sfc/nsfc facetting and melot-freeze crusts on inclined solar aspects. did not yet further investigate on any of these today.
