Upper 20s, moderate SW winds, flurries progressing to moderate snowfall by 2 pm. Overcast. Winds transporting any loose snow, which wasn't much.

Snowpack

<1" new snow overnight.Shallow slabs below ridge with Q1 shears within new storm snow and at old snow interface. Slab 1F-4F. Sun crusts on all aspects except very northerly. New snow already transformed to rounds. We chose not to ski anything over 30 degrees. No avalanche activity observed, even where large cornice blocks had calved.
