Dry conditions

Guided a trip to the classic Mount Assiniboine via the Gmoser highway from the Assiniboine lodge. Although we never summitted due to some unrelated issues, stopping at the red band. Another party confirmed dry conditions on everything except the final portion of the summit block where some wet and icy holds were easily avoided. Crampons were not used. There is lots of running water as usual just behind the hut from glacial run off.
