Sunny and warm. Windy at ridge crest.

Recent storm snow transitioning quickly with warm temps and sun. Variable wind effect in upper elevations.

Full depth fracture & collapse at about 1pm on low angle southeast aspect below north ridge of Garrett. Very shallow wet loose on steeper terrain.
