Weather

5-10F; Snowing the entire tour but intermittent ~S1; Wind was calm on the up-track, minimal snow transport on the ridge ~15mph. Snow was very light and fluffy, with new snow starting to look rimed NTL at around noon.

Snowpack

~15cm of new snow with the only signs of instability being widespread cracking on SE NTL at around 11500. The new snow was failing on top of a fragile sun-crust with facets on either side. The collapses quickly stepped down into the facets below the crust.
