Weather
Temperatures were above freezing the entire day. Clear skies in the morning, then high altitude clouds started moving in from the west around noon. Generally, light winds from the west with no drifting snow.
Snowpack
Snow height varied from 0cm to 40cm. You can find faceted snow on northerly aspects. On east aspects you can find stiff, wind-loaded pockets. There is little continuity to the snowpack right now.
Avalanche
One small avalanche ran around the November 2nd storm off an east aspect on the headwall in Second Creek. This looks to be a hard slab avalanche that broke around 50ft wide and ran around 200ft downslope.
