Amazingly calm and warm above treeline.

Snowpack

We traveled on all aspects but west. All snow surfaces (where available) outside of north were wet by 2pm within the top 20 cm's of the pack. Found the East aspect to have 3 intact crust layers with mostly faceted and moist grains in between. There is a somewhat consistent 50cm depth on this aspect and elevation (~12.5k), and in this location. We found more of the same decomposing and faceted top to bottom conditions on north facing aspect travels.
