Weather

Partly Cloudy in the morning becoming overcast later in the afternoon. Greenhousing and warm temps in the afternoon.

Snowpack

Around 4" of new snow. Previous wind-loading from earlier this morning. Nice skiing with easy-to-manage wind slabs in this terrain. The easterly tilted sections of Climax were skiing thick and starting to roller ball down at lower elevations.

Avalanche

Triggered one small wind slab in Coon Bowl. ENE 11,800ft. This wind slab ran on small facets at the old snow interface. Pushed on several sections of the ridge without results.
