Weather

Bluebird skies in early AM. Trended to mostly cloudy and overcast by mid day with short bursts of blue sky and then completely overcast by the time we left. Calm winds in morning trended to light out of SW by mid afternoon. S1 snowfall on exit lap at 1400

Snowpack

6-10in of new which seemed to bond fairly well on the Easterly aspects we toured on. More up higher and around wind loaded terrain features. Noticed alot of wind affect further up valley. The areas we traveled in we found mostly light density snow. Slight more wind affect and slab near ridgetops.

Avalanche

Noticed small loose dry from rocks on Westerly facing terrain above Eisenhower tunnel. Also noticed 2 small storm slabs that released in same areas.
