Weather

Light snowfall during the morning increased in intensity by around 2:30 pm accumulating around an inch of new snow. Steady southwest winds were drifting the recent, low-density snow forming soft drifts on leeward slopes. New cornice growth easily broke off while walking above but only contributed to loose snow sluffing below.
