New snow from last week has melted and settled and a lot of dust is now visible from melt and in places where there was a small LWa cycle late last week. That cycle reached ridge top on West Roaring Fork with shallow LWa R1D1's observed off the ridge from steep terrain and under the cornice. At East Roaring Fork large column tests showed propagation in a shallow area comparable to Waterhole #1 Sz with the crust acting as the slab and the fracture occurring at the old--not definable--DH interface about 30 cms from the ground. Many bushes and rocks visible in the East Roaring Fork area with waterhole grade melting back as well.
