Windward ATL slopes in Upper bear are scoured, very little snow. 1-3inch isolated but reactive wind slab in W facing terrain

In bowl just West of Oscars Peak: R2D1 12,700' N facing, failed to the ground, looked to fail from heavy wind loading, 1-2' crown, ran about 100'
