Avalanche
SS-AS-R2-D1.5. Crown was 10m across and 50cm deep, ran 12-15m, 35 degree slope slow moving. The avalanche released at the new snow/old snow interface. Skinning up through the trees we came to a small clearing, skinning towards the top of the clearing, the snow fractured and the avalanche broke underneath me (we were traveling spaced apart) I was able to step onto the bed surface and the avalanche continued through the clearing until it was stopped by the trees.
