Snowpack

The snowpack remains quite thin with the sunniest slopes still showing lots of rocks and vegetation, especially near Rico - only 15-25 cm and mostly consisting of crust/facet combos. Some areas were moist top to bottom today. The snowpack on shady slopes is very weak. However, because paths remain low in snow volume, they will tolerate a decent load before affecting the highway.
