Great conditions at treeline. Very little movement other than slough, even on convexities. Hard rain crust starts at about 1,150 m. One natural size 1 observed on a N facing convexity at about 1,500 m, probably from Thursday night. Two compression tests at 1,400m on sheltered N aspect got similar results: CTH 22 and 23 RP on crust 85 cm down. A second layer down 115 cm failed afterwards.
