Warning for parking on shoulder of 93N

FYI: we were ticketed for parking on the shoulder of 93N between Num Ti Jah lodge and Bow summit, a common pull over spot for skiing at Observation and Cirque peak areas. Basis for ticket was that vehicle was partly in the lane (not fully onto the shoulder due to high snow banks). Fine is $155.
