Conditions were not bad today, snow quality was great but things are a bit thin still. Supportive crust so we didn't hit anything but there are a lot of shrubs poking out still. Skied cautiously and had some good turns.

Snow depth was about 95cm. About 10cm of u consolidated snow at the top. Column failed on 11 whacks (1st moderate whack) at 70cm. Failed to base at 17. Consistent with the forecast, and the snowpack did feel fairly unstable while skiing.
