N, NE aspect, 10,800-12,000ft, roughly 40° and sunny, cloud cover and light snow began around noon.

Snowpack

17” of fresh snow on top of consolidated and crusty spring slab.

Avalanche

Rider-triggered slide on y chute around noon. Snowboarder was caught in slide and carried roughly 50 ft. Slide was small and contained to the ~ft storm slab. Rider was the first to ride this chute, slid on roughly 40° Another slide triggered around 1 as the snow picked up again. Similarly small, on angle of under 40°, third rider after two skiers, still carried. No one buried or injured.
