Weather
Unseasonably warm temperatures caused ski glop during downhill travel. Light winds coming out of the north with some snow transport at ridgeline observed in the afternoon.
Snowpack
HS at 11,300ft NTL ranged from 30 - 65 cm across SE slopes similar to pit site. Snow pit HS 65cm with F hardeness to 4F hardness at 15cm. A 2cm 1F crust layer was present at 15cm above F facets to the ground.
Avalanche
5 avalanches were observed ranging from D1 to D2. All avalanches likely ran after the most recent December 1st storm. 4 avalanches were observed on east aspects and 1 on a northeast aspect above treeline.
