Snowpack
Dug a test profile in a fairly open, gladed area on an East aspect. The area was fairly protected from a moderate South-East wind. Conducted ECT with no results. Found thin melt/freeze layer @ approx 105 down with facets both above and below. Suspected these would react with the new storm snow but test proved otherwise in this case.
