Great day skiing up at burstall pass. Boot-top dry powder. Evidence of recent cycle from wind-slabs pulled out in steep alpine and ridgetop terrain. Some recent cornice failure as well. Day was warming and sun picked a punch in the afternoon.

Dug full snow profile at Burstall pass. Generally a right-side-up snowpack with a thick crust. Found the storm snow is gaining strength and more resistant to fracture. HS 210 MFCr down 130, 10 cm thick CTM 18 Resistant planar down 55 CTH 27 Sudden Planar down 130 on facets above crust ECTX
