Mostly a walk then tour. <5cm at 860m increasing to 55cm at 1950m. Windy up high causing open areas to show signs of wind slab. No signs of previous avalanche, however couldn’t see fully into alpine due to low ceiling. Rotten snow, cold temps and not much fresh has had its effect. Ski pen 35+.

Rotten snowpack. CT crumbled during moderate test phase. Not much base....
