We broke a new trail into Nemesis. After the trees we encountered significant breakable crust 2-3cm thick covering deep facets. It was a total pain without floatation. This top layer will create a very exciting layer after the next decent snowfall. The significant post holing and cold day slowed us down enough to retreat from the P2 anchors. But the ice quality was great and the route was dry (no water from above since any dripping water froze in the air on the way down).
